1. What loxley is

loxley is a non-custodial interface for swapping and sending digital assets on Robinhood Chain and other supported networks. Trades are routed through third-party liquidity providers and settled via NEAR Intents. loxley does not hold your funds, your private keys, or execute trades on your behalf.

2. Non-custodial by design

You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. Shielded (private) keys are generated in your browser and stored only on your device — we never see, store, or have access to them. If you lose them, we cannot recover your funds.

3. Quotes and execution

Quotes are indicative and can move between the quote and execution.
Transactions can fail for reasons outside our control (network congestion, solver liquidity, price movement).
Failed or refunded transactions can still cost network (gas) fees, which are not recoverable.
Refunds are sent to the refund address you provided before depositing. Always double-check it.

4. Fees

loxley charges an app fee on swaps and sends, priced into the quote you see before confirming. Holders of the loxley token may pay reduced fees according to the tiers shown on the Token page. Fee revenue may fund token buybacks as described on the site.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are legally allowed to use this service in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.
You must verify destination and refund addresses — crypto transfers are irreversible.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use loxley for illegal activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service or its liquidity providers.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Token prices and the tokenized stocks shown are for information only.

8. No warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, loxley is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including failed transactions, price movements, lost keys, or third-party provider failures.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
