Privacy Policy

1. No accounts

loxley requires no signup, no email, and no KYC. There is no user database of personal identities to leak, sell, or breach.

2. What stays on your device

Your preferences (theme, slippage, private mode), cached token lists, and any shielded private keys you generate are stored in your browser's local storage only. Shielded keys never leave your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

3. What we process to run the service

Trade data: your wallet address, chosen assets, and amounts are shared with our routing providers (e.g. the 1Click API) to fetch quotes and submit intents. This is inherent to executing a swap.
Aggregate usage stats: anonymous counts such as page views and quotes requested, used to monitor reliability and improve the product. These are not linked to your identity.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or build profiles on you.

5. Third parties

Swaps involve third parties — routing APIs, your wallet provider, and on-chain contracts (e.g. NEAR Intents). Their own privacy policies apply to data they handle, and on-chain activity is public by nature.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only what's needed for the app to function (local storage for the items in section 2). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your control

Clearing your browser's site data wipes everything loxley stored locally. Note this also deletes locally kept shielded keys — export them first if you still hold a shielded balance.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always at this URL.
